The Doctor's Day is celebrated on July 1 across India to honor the legendary physician and the second Chief Minister of West Bengal, Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy. He was honored with the country's highest civilian award, 'Bharat Ratna'.

A doctor dedicates his life to the service of the patients. He or she relieves the sufferings and pain of mankind. He cures them from disease and illness. He strives to make the life of others better and healthier. The observance of National Doctor's Day is to acknowledge the contribution of doctors and physicians in alleviating disease and suffering and building up a healthy nation.

Founder of Women Entreprenuers International Chambers of India (WEICI) registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India office based in Mumbai. Under the leadership of Mrs. Mamta Ajit Singh, BBA Mumbai University, MBA Indo-German Training Centre, Mumbai. Dr. Shilpa Bansal Chavan, Clinical Dietician, Owner of Multi-speciality Clinic in Mumbai who moderated the session with apt questions with following strict timeline celebrated Doctors Day.

The celebrations started virtually following the Covid19 government guidelines at 4.00 pm on 1st July 2021 in presence of Chief Guest present Dr.G P Ratnaparkhi, MBBS.MD. There were over 50 attendees who were patiently listening to the experts and noted valuable suggestions & recommendation for future prevention.

On the occasion of Doctor’s day, the doctors highlighted their contribution in creating a healthy society and request the community to allow us to work in an aggression free environment to extend compassionate care to our patients.
